Sam is Co-founder and CEO of Everytable. He’s also the founder and Executive Director of the non-profit Groceryships. Prior to becoming a social entrepreneur, Sam was a hedge fund trader on Wall Street. After noticing families in low-income areas struggling with access to healthy food, he started Groceryships, a non- profit working at the intersection of poverty and obesity. Sam’s memoir, For The Love of Money, was published in July 2016 by Scribner. He is a graduate of Columbia University.

David is Co-founder of Everytable. David began his career in private equity and investment banking, most recently as a VP at Aurora Capital Group, an LA-based private equity firm. David has always had a passion for social entrepreneurship, which led him to volunteer for Groceryships and eventually join as the Director of Operations. He attended the University of Michigan and earned a degree from the Ross School of Business.

Anar is VP of Marketing for Everytable. Anar first gained extensive product marketing skills working with startups to build online consumer experiences. With a strong desire to create a lasting community impact, Anar began volunteering with the team in 2015, and later joined full time. Prior, Anar worked in advertising at BBDO Worldwide in New York and PayPal in the Bay Area. Anar is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley's School of Engineering.
Favorite Food: Grilled Bean and Cheese Burritos with Guacamole
A native of Los Angeles, Johnny Yoo brings exotic flavors and a deep understanding of the LA dining scene to the Everytable menu as Culinary Director. Chef Yoo’s interest in food began during his time living in Hawaii and experiencing the cuisine--so much so that when he returned to LA, he enrolled in culinary school. He began his career at Koi under Chef Rodelio Aglibot and spent the following 15 years in pursuit of honing his knowledge, skills, and experience in the kitchens of renowned chefs including David Myers (Sona), Brendan Collins (Melisse), Christopher Eme (Ortolan) and Roy Choi (A-Frame).

Susana Cabrera is from Puebla, Mexico and arrived in Los Angeles at the age of 11 with her family family. She is now the proud mother of five beautiful children. In addition to being a mom, Susana is a Esperanza Housing Promotora de Salud and strongly believes that we can work together to bring change to the community. She's proud to be part of the Everytable team and mission.
Favorite Food: Rainbow Cabbage Rolls
Ricky Porter joined the Everytable team through the Right Way Foundation, an organization that supports former and current foster youth. Ricky was in the foster care system since he was two days old and has lived in over 20 homes. Ricky is a skilled and passionate basketball player, but when he isn't on the court he is with his baby girl. A quote he lives by is "They showed us disease and drugs, while I saw peace and love".
Favorite Food: Shrimp Po'Boy
Jocelyn is passionate about food justice and has interned at RootDownLA, a youth-run non-profit that brings better food and nutrition education to South LA, for years. Jocelyn loves learning about different cultures and spending time with family and friends. She is currently a college student who would like to tranfer to a University of California.

Juan Bravo joined Everytable as a cook after working at various fast food restaurants for the past ten years. Juan heard about Everytable through his wife Susana who is a Groceryships alum and now works in the store. He was impressed by the mission and loves working every day on making healthy food that people in his own community enjoy.
Favorite Food: Tacos
Vanessa is the District Manager at Everytable. Her background is in fashion retail, most recently serving as Store Manager at Free People. Vanessa has deep experience training employees and building operational processes on the retail floor. Vanessa is from Southern California, but spent most of her childhood moving around the country with her mom who was in the Navy. She attended Mt. San Jacinto College in Menifee, CA.

Head of Operations
Sky is Head of Operations for Everytable. Sky is a 20-year veteran of the hospitality industry, having overseen restaurant operations with major groups, such as Starr Restaurant Organization and Patina Restaurant Group, and working with high-profile chefs including, Masaharu Morimoto and Rick Bayless. At Patina, Sky led west coast operations and client-partner relationships with corporations, such as Red Bull North America and The Capital Group. Sky is passionate about food science and technology to assist in making food more sustainable, nutritious, and affordable.
Favorite Food: Pickled Pigs Feet and Chitterlings
Jessica Spear joins Everytable as Head Chef, leading the culinary team and operations. Jessica has over a decade of experience through her work at Patina Restaurant Group and as the Executive Chef for corporate food programs, including Google and Disney. Jessica believes in telling stories through her food, which is inspired by the cultures and people around her. Growing up in the South, her dishes combine the flavors of soul food with simple and clean ingredients.

Director of Marketing
Ashley is Marketing Director at Everytable. Ashley has more than 11 years of marketing and community organizing in the natural food and retail sector. In her previous role in regional marketing with Whole Foods Market, Ashley created outreach campaigns for more than 15 new store s across three states, including new markets. Ashley is a board member for Side Street Projects, a non-profit arts organization, and a pro-bono marketing consultant for LA Food Policy Council's Healthy Neighborhood Market Network.
